On September 22nd, 2001 Toronto was the first North American City to host and official "Car Free Day". Now planning is underway for the next one. A meeting will be held on June 3rd, 2002. The details are quoted below.

Come join in the organizing, including planning for movie night, guest speakers, street parties etc.
