Tonight, Friday May 30th, at 5:00 pm cyclists from along Queen Street East will will join up with a ride that starts at the eastern most end of Queen Street to join a special Critical Mass ride that Starts at Yonge and Temperance. For the complete information on this ride you can check out the East Queen Critical Mass Connection Schedule which is a page of www.torontocranks.com a web site that is inspired by the monthly Critical Mass rides. This ride is organized by Darren Stehr who has his own cycling related web site dedicated to keeping Toronto's bike lanes clear of things that are not bikes which is aptly titled www.getoutofthebikelane.com.

For those cyclists that don't live in the east end of Toronto they can make their way to the regular starting point of the Critial Mass ride which is at Yonge Street and Temperance Street. The ride leaves from this intersection at 6:00 pm. Following is a description of the ride from the www.torontocranks.com web site.

Toronto's Critical Mass ride in May usually has the largest pariticipation and usually longest duration. All Critical Mass rides are at a very easy pace to include everyone. This means we may returning after sunset, please prepare accordingly.

For many more Bike Week events this weekend and next week check the Bike Week 2003 schedule.
